Eligibility for Refund:

• You must request a refund within 12 hours of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email).

Non-Refundable Items:

• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered

• Products not in their original packaging

• Custom or clearance items

Refund Process:

1. Contact us at manager@shopogo.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide return instructions.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect. Also refund policy is not applicable in some cases.
