Eligibility for Refund:
You must request a refund within 8 hours of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email).
Non-Refundable Items:
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
Products not in their original packaging
Custom or clearance items
Refund Process:
Contact us at support@shopogo.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect. Also refund policy is not applicable in some cases.
